High Precision Spindle

The spindle runs in Japan NSK super precision angular contact ball bearing, and ensures high rigidity and lasting accuracy. Run out is less than 2μm.

High Efficient Machining

Max. spindle speed is 6000 r/min. Rapid traverse rate of X and Z axes is up to 20 m/min. Auto parts feeder and work piece transfer can be equipped to fulfill fast and efficient automation production.

Machine Bed Construction

High quality meehanite cast iron integrated bed.

Accurate Feeding

Each feeding axes is driven by servo motors through Taiwan HIWINPMI precision ball screws. That ensures high accuracy machining and long time accuracy is remained. Repeatability is less than ±1µm.

Gang Type Tool Rest

The unique design of gang type tool rest gives minimum repeatability error during tool change. It is fast, precise and considerably time saving.

Guideway Construction

Taiwan HIWIN precision linear ways and Yongjia Lube lubrication system equipped on the machine ensure high speed and long time feeding of all axes.

High Precision, Great Rotation Speed, Low Cost

SKC-30FA small size precision CNC lathe is designed to meet the need for efficient and accurate automation production of medium to small diameter parts. The lathe is fitted with standard equipment of C-axis contour and optional accessory of revolving tools (for drilling, slot milling and rigid tapping). Flexible and combined machining makes it possible on gang type tool lathe that combined machining equals single set up.

Perfect Machining

Standard function of 0.1 μm NC commands ensures much perfect taper cutting radius cutting.

Powerful AC Servo Motors

The spindle motor is high speed, high accuracy β 3 servo motor of 3.7/5.5kw. Feeding in X-axis and Z-axis is driven by β 4i servo motors of 0.75kw. Max. speed is 4000rev/min.

Low Cost

Standard equipment of C-axis contour control together with optional accessory of driven tools make FC series lathes corresponding a turning center. Customers can have it with low price.
