SKC 40FA Description
High Precision Spindle
The cartridge type spindle of lathe is supported by Japan super precision bearings. The arrangement of 3 of 3 front bearings and 2 rear bearings ensure high rigidity and durable accuracy. Spindle run out is less than 3µm.
Accurate Feed
Each feeding axes is driven by servo motors through Japanese NSK/THK precision ball screws. That ensures machining accuracy and durable accuracy. Repeatability is less than ±1µm.
High Efficient Machining
Max. spindle speed is 5500 r/min. Rapid traverse rate of X and Z axes is up to 20 m/min. Auto parts feeder can be equipped to fulfill fast and efficient automation production.
Large Stroke Gang Type Tool Rest
Large stroke gang type tool rest has multiple stations. It gives minimum repeatability error during tool change. It is fast, precise and considerably time saving.
Extra Heavy Cut
Precision collet with powerful chuck, combined with powerful main motor and hydraulic rotary cylinder will increase greatly heavy cutting and tough metal cutting capacity.
Powerful Force Cooling
