CNC Lathe

High Precision Spindle

The cartridge type spindle of lathe is supported by Japan super precision bearings. The arrangement of 3 of 3 front bearings and 2 rear bearings ensure high rigidity and durable accuracy. Spindle run out is less than 3µm.

High Efficient Machining

Max. spindle speed is 5500 r/min. Rapid traverse rate of X and Z axes is up to 20 m/min. Auto parts feeder can be equipped to fulfill fast and efficient automation production.

Machine Bed Construction

High rigidity meehanite cast iron 60º slant bed, easy chip removal, compact design and nice appearance.

Accurate Feed

Each feeding axes is driven by servo motors through Japanese NSK/THK precision ball screws. That ensures machining accuracy and durable accuracy. Repeatability is less than ±1µm.

Hydraulic Turret

High precision hydraulic turret with large number of stations ensures fast, stability and precise tool change, and saves machining time greatly.

Hydraulic Tailstock

The hydraulic tailstock with detachable guide ways ensures flexible setting, which lead to improvement of accuracy and productivity of machining shaft parts.

Extra Heavy Cutting

Hydraulic rotary cylinder with high aped and high accuracy combined with rigidity precise collet and power chuck increase greatly heavy cutting and tough metal cutting capacity.

Force Cooling
